Adverse drug reactions are an important and increasingly frequent problems in clinical practice. This term describes all the unintended and adverse effects of drugs, which occur as a result of the use of appropriate doses of drugs for the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, as well as to modification the physiological function of the body. Especially dangerous for the patient are severe side effects that can lead to life-threatening, persistent or significant prejudice to health, as well as death. Adverse drug reactions monitoring enables the assessment of the potential risks and expected benefits associated with the use of medicinal products. These activities may increase the effectiveness of drug treatment and lead to a significant reduction in financial resources allocated to pharmacotherapy. The aim of the study is to assess the adverse drug reactions in clinical and pharmacoeconomics aspects.
