Introduction. To an increased risk of developing ovarian cancer include many factors such as genetic factors, environmental, medical history, exposure to talc and asbestos. In among them is also a large number of completed ovulation. Stimulation of ovulation infertility treatment is a stage. It aims to acquire mature oocytes with high reproductive potential. Aim. The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of ovarian cancer for early induction of ovulation in women who are facing, we can say that the disease of civilization which is infertility. The main objective of the work was carried out by obtaining answers to the questions: whether the induction of ovulation increases the risk of ovarian cancer, which type of stimulation has a significant impact on the risk, usually appearing factors in women with ovarian cancer after prior stimulation of ovulation. Results. As a result of analysis, there was no statistically significant relationship between the risk of ovarian cancer, and the early stimulation. Lack of ovulation and the consequent infertility or low fertility do not contribute to an increased risk of developing ovarian cancer. Play a greater role genetic predisposition, past obstetric and do not use oral contraceptives. Conclusions. The incidence of ovarian cancer rises with age. The ovary tissue is very sensitive to various factors. The reason of developing ovarian cancer is not fully known. These results indicate that there are many other factors that predispose to cancer of the ovary.
