Introduction. For several years now, the directors of medical institutions have the ability to transfer unused funds within the contracts, however that requires certain conditions resulting from § 20, 21 i 43 from general terms and conditions. Aim. The aim of this study is to present the possibilities for service providers in the disposition and management of financial resources within the scope of contracts with the National Health Fund, under the law. Material and methods. Statistical analysis takes into account the size of the amount of transfers in the framework of contracts concluded in drug programs, on the basis of proposals submitted by the Greater Cancer Center to the National Health Fund for the period 2014 and 2015. Results. There have been shifts of 30% in 2014 and over 60% in 2015. Conclusions. Transfers of funds under the contracts can help prevent and support underfunded range of benefits, where this is most needed.
