Introduction. Artrogryposis belongs to the syndrome, of which multiarticular contractures are a being. Determining etiopathogenesis of the disease often has to be preceded by a thorough interview with the parents, especially the mother of the child. The main causes of arthrogryposis include fetal akinesia due to environmental or maternal factors. A case report. A clinical case of a boy with suspected arthrography has been reported. In the child after birth was found to be polyps. The boy was subjected to further in-depth diagnosis, but he was constantly rehabilitated. In the process of improving the child's motor function, a number of supportive therapies were added successively, which brought the desired effects. Conclusions. The clear diagnosis in the case of the clinical case described was difficult to establish. In the course of differential diagnosis, other suspicions of other conditions were excluded. In the child's life the effectiveness of rehabilitation proceedings was observed.
