Pregnancy in adolescents is related to a number of legal, medical, psychological and ethical problems. Pregnancy in adolescents is associated with increased risk of complications in pregnancy. Unwanted, accidental pregnancy, (and this is most often in the case of pregnant adolescents) as a cause of deep psycho‑emotional trauma. It is necessary to implement education programs for youth and interdisciplinary activities related mainly to the early detection of pregnancy and individualized, multidisciplinary care of pregnant women, focused on the risk of specific complications of pregnancies in adolescents.
