The patient's satisfaction with hospital treatments is a key element in measuring the quality of services in medical facilities. The presented research had analysed patient's satisfaction in relation to the measurement of the quality of health services received by patients. The study analysed 7360 satisfaction surveys, completed by patients hospitalized in 2013-2016 at the Wojewódzki Centrum Medyczne Kotliny Jeleniogórskiej. The results show that the patient's satisfaction is directly related to the quality of health services, provided by the given institution.
