The aim of the article is to present the issues related to radiation therapy, with particular emphasis on brachytherapy. The payer determines the conditions for the conclusion and execution of contracts, so that determines the amount of funding. Unfortunately rules are not always explicitly stated, as is the case with brachytherapy. Payer during the contract specifies the rules and apply them retroactively, burdening providers with penalties for services performed in accordance with applicable regulations. The content of articles aims to bring the issue of health care providers struggle with a lack of precision in the regulations and the consequences that this brings to patients and treatments.
