Introduction. Despite the possibilities offered by computerization in health care, some patients still traditionalists on the records to the doctor – whether it is the first contact, whether it be a specialist. Do patients, on the example of Greater Poland Cancer Centre, eager to benefit from this solution? Analysis and methods. We analyzed the number of patients Greater Poland Cancer Centre, registrants in person and via the Internet in years: 2014, 2015 and 2016. Conclusions. Patients ten times more likely to sign up to the clinic Greater Poland Cancer Centre in person than online. This trend over the three years is as similar. Summary. At present, e-registration is not popular among patients. Perhaps this is due to their ignorance on the opportunities available to them.
