Complications after chemotherapy – is it worth to report it and why?

Chemotherapy as a method of treating oncological patients works on the body of a multidisciplinary patient. Unfortunately, the drugs do not destroy the cells in a selective way – only damage the tumors. Damages to the healthy cells of the various internal organs of man. Side effects associated with the treatment of patients with cytostatics require additional therapies, thereby increasing the cost of staying in oncology patients. Since 2008, the payer has enabled providers to raise additional funds for the treatment of adverse events grade 3 and 4. Do providers use these opportunities and how they do it?
