Expenses are the health problems increasingly difficult to solve, which affects all countries in the world. the hospital is a place of generating enormous costs in the healthcare system. A large share of these costs is the funding of drugs. The reduction of these costs can improve the financial condition of the hospital. In many studies it has been proven that the introduction clinical pharmacist in hospital definitely will bring measurable financial savings through rational use of drugs. The clinical pharmacist can regulate the cost of drugs by entering the appropriate schematic flow of information about drugs, to facilitate physicians selection of the specimen, formulation and route of administration at the same time the least cost. The main task of the clinical pharmacist is to pharmacovigilance and correctness of the use of pharmacotherapy in patients. This task pharmacist performs through accurate information to patients on the drug, observed adverse events, predicts the effects of interactions between prescribed drugs, drugs and food, drugs and medical devices serving the a drug delivery, as well as preventing errors in dosage and administration of and supervision over the economy drug on ward. With the skills of a clinical pharmacist you can also use the management staff of the hospital.
