Polish accession to the European Union contributed to the escalation of changes of migration processes among health care workers. Its scale, nature and impact of the health care market have been the subject of debate in the international auditoriums. However, one of the key problems in the healthcare system in Poland and the world is the progressive aging of the personnel and the lack of substitutability newly qualified staff those who will retire. Thus, increasing from year to year the fraction of the elderly should contribute to the development of personnel policies in the health sector, where from the point of view of the relevant security protection enabled them growing health needs of the society should go hand in hand with planning and forecasting the demand for labor by medical professionals. In contrast, demographic changes in the population which society increasingly aging contributes to a systematic increase in people requiring primary, health care and long-term care services and care. Hence the increasing average age of the population will directly affect the functioning of the market including medical services around the world.
