Fraza do cytowania: Chrobot M., Motnyk M., Strzesak E. Implementation process of the quick oncological therapy comparative analysis for the Silesian, Swietokrzyskie and Wielkopolskie voivodeship. Polski Przegląd Nauk o Zdrowiu. 2016;1(46):61–73.

The quick oncological therapy (polish pakiet onkologiczny) is one of the main deep changes in the polish healthcare system. Quick oncological therapy started at the beginning of the year 2015. It was a very deep change both at the healthcare unit side and patient side. The main reform goal was to give patients quicker and more efficient therapy. Unfortunately healthcare units were forced to adapt to new conditions especially at the operational and administrative level without any additional money in the healthcare system, that can afford to go easier through the adaptation process. Article describes main consequences quick oncological therapy implementation in the first 9 months of the year 2015 in the Silesian, Swietokrzyskie and Wielokopolskie voivodeship. The data are showed at the data for the whole country. The showed data proves that not everything started to work properly and more costs of reform are transferred to healthcare units (especially to the big oncological centers). These units – especially in the first reform implementation period – were badly experienced both at the financial and organizational level.

Key words: healthcare system, quick oncological therapy, implementation, reform.
