Polish oncology package and regulations in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer in selected countries

Healthcare systems are regulated differently by each country. In all over the world there are many kinds of systems that differ from each other. However their organization depends on the amount of funds spent on healthcare in individual countries. Introduced regulations on the organization of healthcare and the amount of financial resources allocated to the health affects the indicator of life expectancy and life expectancy in good health. In the field of cancer care the difference between the countries is determined rate of cancer incidence, mortality because of them and the five-year survival rate. The article summary of the health systems of selected countries, with particular emphasis on adjustment in the diagnosis and treatment of cancers, such as oncology package in Poland. It was found that most of the countries in improving the quality of health care, including cancercare, without the introduction of detailed regulation of formal and organizational level of general legal acts. Despite this these countries have better effects of cancer treatment and patients positively evaluate the organization of the health system, in which the lack of guidelines similar to the Polish oncology package.
