Introduction. Chemotherapy and oncological drug programs support the patients in the fight against cancer. Expenditure of Narodowy Fundusz Zdrowia for reimbursement of medicines drugs gradually grow. Aim of the study. The aim of this study is to present the current system and the accountability of oncology drug therapies. Material and methods. Statistical analysis takes into account the number of patients Wielkopolskie Centrum Onkologii in the years 2012–2016, treated in chemotherapy and oncology therapeutic programs. Results. In recent years, there is a clear upward trend patients of Wielkopolskie Centrum Onkologii within the drug programs. Conclusions. Oncology terapeutic programms develop all the time. This increases not only its value, but the demand for product-drug treatments carried out the latest generation.
