Fraza do cytowania: Waligórska H., Strzesak E., Kaczmarek J. Correctly conducted individual patient’s medical documentations the consequence of the inspections carried out by the National Health Fund?. Polski Przegląd Nauk o Zdrowiu. 2015;1(42):42–44.

There are a lot of discussions around patient’s medical records, particularly during the inspections, court hearings, or in cases where records are transferred to the Social Insurance Institution. During those times irregularities and errors can be easily seen. Are the audits carried out by the National Health Fund (NHF) are able to make a change? An answer to this question I hope to find in this article. To what extent the audits carried out by the NHF and existing medical records regulation policy can impact on healthcare providers in order to convince them to keep accurate individual patient’s medical records

Key words: medical documentations, Nationale Health Fund, control, error, no description, no data, irregularity.
