Diagnosis card and cancer treatment (KDiLO) was created in order to improve the operation of the health care system for the oncology patients. The aim of the card is to record data, which will allow for more accurate performance analysis of physicians and better allocation of funds for cancer therapies. However introduced system diagnosis and cancer treatment (DiLO) does not work, because it experiences difficulties in patients and doctors data collection. The purpose of this article is to analyse this problem.
