The object of this article is discussion about problematic aspects of a highly specialized provision tender, in light of the provisions of the amended Act of 27 August 2004 about health provision financed by public funds. Authors analyse if contracting of highly specialized provision is possible in accordance to the act i.e. based on the map of health care needs.
